Vanua Projects was founded to close that gap — bringing design and construction under one roof, with Robert and Finn personally across every project from first site visit to final handover. Both carry six generations of Fijian family history, paired with design and construction experience earned across New Zealand and the Pacific. We also build for ourselves, using our own capital on our own developments — so every process we specify has already been tested with our own money on the line.
