CONSTRUCTION STARTING SOON
Visi Circle
4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, with internal access double garage. This is a 200m² light-gauge steel-frame residence on a QPod foundation system with ground improvement via a gravel raft — the first of its kind in the area. Design is complete and construction is about to begin.

A steeply sloping coastal site on Malolo Island, designed as two gable-roofed pavilions connected by a shared living space and elevated on piles to work with the terrain rather than against it.

A single-level residence elevated on piles along a ridge-line site in Pacific Harbour, paired with a separate self-contained guest residence echoing the same gable form.
